Today I was indirectly called out for “text messaging” on my phone, while in fact I was checking my work email. Meanwhile, a guy in the front row was looking at coats at REI.com on his laptop!!

Well, I am off to Sacramento to spend a week in a class that I need to take for my job.  I’ll be back on Saturday, but there will be minimal updates until then.  I’ll try to get a couple of posts up while I am gone and will keep sending tweets via my cell phone.

To keep you informed and entertained this evening, here are some little (or not so little) known facts about me:

- I am losing my hair (but who isn’t?)

- I like when my wife brings me treats (I got jelly bellies today)

- Large crowds make me nervous (and this isn’t getting any better) UPDATE: Dec. 20, 2008 - Actually, this is getting better thanks to recent personal growth work.

- I can play any standard rock instrument (guitar, bass, drums)

- I like to sing non-sense songs (so does T, which is why we get along so well)

- My favorite TV show is The Office (Dwight cracks me up)

- I like to play golf and watch it on TV (yes, I looked in the mirror today and I am an old man)

- If I were given the choice between a good hearty beer and a Jack and coke, it’s Jack all the way.
